G'day,

Just trying to get smf up and running with mambo and have run into a little problemo.

I am following the instructions posted here - http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=25718.0

So when i publish the mod and the menu item and try to log in via the smf login mod i get this message:

An Error Has Occurred!
smf_main(/home/openarm/public_html/forum/Sources/MOS_SMF.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I went to cPanel and had a look around and indeed it does not seem to be there!  Any ideas anyone!?

Sorry i forgot smf wasnt only for mambo for a second!  ;D  sorry! i will post solutions to my prob in the bridge board when i find them.

well when i go to my forum admin via .com/forum (i guess a stand alone sort of entry as i cant get in via mambo) yes i can see via my package manager that MOS_SMF.php is there:

"List files in package
Files in archive smf_mambo3.1.tar.gz:

   1. mambo.mod (1538 bytes)
   2. MOS_SMF.php (14278 bytes)
   3. package-info.xml (1121 bytes)"

But when i try to login via the smf login module i get this error:

An Error Has Occurred!
smf_main(/home/openarm/public_html/forum/Sources/MOS_SMF.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

And when i look (Via cPanel) in forum/Sources there is no MOS_SMF.php.

Should i just upload it there from my computer?  Why wasnt it put there automatically if it is meant to be there?  Has something gone wrong?

Eternally Grateful :)

Yeah, just upload it to your forum/sources/. Sometimes it's not uploaded correctly during the package install. After uploading it should be okay.

So just upload the individual file 'MOS_SMF.php' to /Sources or all of the other files within the 'smf_mambo3.1'  folder  - 'package-info.xml' 'mambo.mod' as well and the folder itself?

PS Moderators feel free to move this to the bridge board when this is sorted , thanks ;)
