Adding to the top nav bar?

I was wondering if/how you add something to the top navigation bar. I'm talking about the thing that says Home, Search, Admin, Members, etc.
I want to add another button that will take me to the home page of the website, the forum is under "/community". I want the button to just be "/".

How do I do that?

Note, I just want to do this within one of the skins that are installed.

There are 3 'latest' versions, 1.0.19, 1.1.11 and 2.0 RC2... but I'm guessing you're referring to 1.1.11 based on that link...
