Where do you want this to appear?

I believe Simple Portal has a pre-configured block that does that, if it helps.

I'm guessing other portals will do it, too.

I want it to apear Top of my board. And i do not want to use Simple Portal because my site have only a forum, nothing more.
Can you help me...

My site also has nothing other than a forum, but adding Simple Portal (other portal software is available) was the best thing I ever did - it just gives your forum a neater (additional) front end and would give you what you're asking for with your "10 recent topics" query.
