Avatar Required Error when registering

You have added a mod or code hack that requires an avatar when someone registers.

Is this a mod?  If so, please link to it so I can check the edits.

It also appears that you can turn this off from the admincp.

I haven't added any mods to my forum. I have only updated the version, & edited the stylesheet. I also looked all over my admin cp & can't find anything that asks to have avatars required at registration. I also have no other admins so no one else has access to changing the forum.

Well I took a look in packages & saw a mod in there for AvatarSelect! I never added that package so I don't understand how it got there. Anyway I uninstalled it & now the problem is solved.
