My Webpage is wierd!

What the hell?
i created a page, 3 columns, 1 big column at left with Width: 700px and 2 small columns with width: 200px.
the thing is that when i am not logged in means the columns is messed up.
But when i log in, then everything is normal..
can someone get this?

It is because the top block is in its own table row (tr). The other blocks are in a different <tr>.
