SMF 1.05 + Bridge 3.18 + Mambo 4.5.2
SMF 1.1x + Bridge 3.19 + Mambo 4.5.x

Is that right so far ?

I can't solve why my install success is so hit & miss, maybe this can help several people.

SMF 1.0.x + Bridge 3.1x_stable + Mambo 4.5.1-4.5.2.x

SMF 1.1x + Bridge 3.19a_SMF1.1b3 + Mambo 4.5.1-4.5.2.x
