The members don't receive email when reveive a PM

Hi, the members of my forum don't receive any email when them receive a Personal Message, who can i resolve this problem.

Have they chosen to be notified of receiving a new PM in their profile?

If so, are there any email-related errors in your forum error log? Do other email-related functions (topic notifications, newsletters, etc.) work?

Hi, thank for your help, topic notifications doesn't work either but newsletters are working.

What i should do to fix it?

sorry! Newsletters aren't working too.

Are there any email-related errors in your forum error log? Are you using SMTP or the default php mail() function (if you haven't changed anything, then you'll be using PHP's mail() function).
