I can't see my forum

When I go to load my forum, test forum, and control panel all I get is a server not found.

Would someone please check www.parascifi.net for me and let me know if you can see it.

This has myself and my hosting company confused.

i think you have blocked your IP if you send it me i can see if it is and why you got blocked

Or your ISP caches IP addresses and is using an old IP address. Since I haven't been there before, it's not cached for me.
