Post modifiction mod?

I have now set up SMF on my server and am in the process of porting across all of the posts from my old - and badly spammed - punBB forum to SMF.  I am doing this the hard way - creating each user, adding their posts, adjusting the date in the database table etc.  Is there a mod that could help me do this faster?  I have around 80 posts/topics to work through.

To give readers an idea of just how bad my punBB forum got - with the 80 real posts I had 9711 spammy "posts". With SMF I am using image verification, a Q&A challenge and post approval along with the Stop Forum Spam mod  so hopefully things are going to be a whole lot better. 

Up until now I have liked what I see - SMF appears to be well designed and feature rich without being bloated.
