Yes i was going to post this before but didn't know if it was a bug or not.

After a quick bit of testing, confirmed in RC3 public as well.

Looks like it should be catbg instead of titlebg.
EDIT: or, title_bar instead of cat_bar. Take your pick.

Probably should be title_bar; seems to me to be the intent.

I figured it probably was in RC3, but didn't have time or inclination to check (I'm not a template/CSS kinda guy )

Thanks for the report - this is now fixed in SVN:
* Fixed a class issue with the header in the Confirm Subscription screen. (ManagePaid template) Revision 9810

Also, note that this site isn't updated yet. SM.org runs on revision 9736, while revision 9806 marks the RC3 release.
