Forgot My Password

I forgot my password (haven't used it in a while) and as administrator I can't use the email approach. Can someone tell
how to retrieve or change it?

See if this helps: I accidentally deleted my admin account, what do I do?

I checked out every single thing in phpmyadmin and couldn't find anything about re-establishing or finding my password.
Did I miss something?
