Warning Template? function ViewWarningTemplates()

The warning template page (the one that displays or your warning templates) gets it's info from function ViewWarningTemplates() in the moderationCenter.php in the sources folder. I want to change the display of this page in one of my themes but can't find function ViewWarningTemplates() in ModerationCenter.template.php. How do I edit the warning page display for one theme?

BTW I don't mean function template_warn_template(). This just lets you change the display of the page were you add a new warning template.

I think that's the GenericList function in GenericList.template.php. It's a generic template used for creating a lot of the lists.
