Actually it isn't solved, because I don't understand exactly how to unite two forums (topic, msg, members), yet.

If you want to make them all one database, you can run this script

The success rate is not high, but it has been reported to work. You will need to ask the author of that if you need help with it.

I built two new forums in my localhost, but members coludn't be merged.

You should ask the script's creator at their forum. I'm not really sure if there is much else to do except make the needed edits yourself.(which is very time consuming)
