PMs Open at Top of Board

When a user receives a new PM, can it be made to open automatically at the top of the board.

Often users don't see that they have a new message because they are not trained to look for them... pop-up notifications aren't a good solution either as certain browsers and programs block the pop-up window by default.

If a PM could be displayed at the top of the board upon that user logging-in/returning to the forum it would be a great feature.

The pop-up feature pops up with a dialog box and not a traditional ad pop-up box.  Most broswers do not block this as it is javascript.
