HELP!

I've just gone on my forum and it looks totally screwed, as if theres no theme in place...

I dont know whether my work are in the process of blocking it or whether someones hacked my forum...

EDIT: I just changed to another theme and that one seems to be working fine.

Anyone know as to why all of a sudden a theme would just stop working? It looked like when you only have say a file in place but no actual theme/website. Links are blue etc.
