moderator, global moderator

why i cant make any user as moderator?

i do not have option to make moderator when i click account settings in user profile.

it only have administrator and global moderator.

Moderator is short for board moderator and they're selected in the options for each board.

Go to Admin > Forum > Boards... > Modify Boards, click the modify link for the board you want to add moderators to, and add the username(s) or display name(s) in the Moderators field.

If you want to add more than one moderator, list them one after the other, separated by commas, like this: name1, name2, name3

Board moderators only have special powers in the specific board they moderate.
