style.css? Check out Firebug, its a addon for Firefox. That can be very useful to you.

I believe firebug has a feature where you can see what the hex numbers are for a particular colour.

A requested before a link to your forum would be helpful.

They are all under "a:link" in index.css so Firefox will only tell what color the links are. To have individual colors for each board would take some coding work to which I am not quite able to do at this point.
There is a mod available for what you need but unfortunately is it only updated to work as far as RC1.

Why not ask who ever site that is in the second pic with the url deleted out? Is there site 1.1.x or RC3?

You can change these colours at themes/Yourtheme/css/index.css

With firebug you can easy find out which item you have to edit by just clicking on the part you want to edit.
The name and values of the css item should be shown then.

Doing that will only change all of  the links associated to another color. He wants the choice of multiple colors for each category that he creates.
