Slow Loading

I have a new RC3 forum that loads very slowly, and other stuff I run on the domain is fine. I actually have the same problem on my other RC3 forum, but not quite as bad.  I've checked all the file/folder permissions, and run maintenance. The new forum currently has one post on it, so I know there's not a huge database behind it.

Runs fine for me... try clearing your browser's cookies and cache?
