Gallery 1.5.x?

I've read about 3 or 4 pages of the gallery integration, then skipped to the end   But most of that was for G2.  Is there any 'lite' integrations for Gallery 1.5.x?   

My phpbb2 board got hacked and all was lost, and rather than reinstall that again, I ended up here via browsing some joomla skins.

I don't want total integration, I just want it so your SMF login is also your gallery login.  I have Gallery albums most with over 40,000 views.. most of which are from unregistered members on my forum.  All I need is the login mod.. if one so exists.

side note..  I havent installed SMF yet, I just looking for other alternatives to message boards w/gallery integration.

There is no integration for SMF and Gallery 1.5. The G2 bridge will integrate logins, and if you use it in "bridged" mode, users can also access the gallery externally.

There are other gallery options as well, such as SMFGallery and Coppermine.
