First of all, the forum is locked to members only; secondly, some could see this as advertising - I would suggest posting the issue on SMF rather than directing to another topic that is not apart of SMF to post your issue.

I'm not trying to advertise. I already have the link in my signature and have ads in many other sites, I don't need to stoop that low. I come here for help and provide links that I think would help explain the situation to others better. Just want to know why I can't perform a function that others on my forum can. If you'd rather I just didn't post any links, I won't.

The forum itself should be guest viewable, but I did forget that we keep member accounts closed to guests. I'm sorry about that.

I don't understand the "redirecting a topic" issue either. I started this topic about the fact that I am having a technical issue on my board. If this is the wrong place for that, I don't know where to go.

Please-- just help me understand. I'm doing my best here.
