Let Global Moderators see bans on profiles?

When I view a profile, if the current member is banned, it shows a message and a link to the ban. Even though my global moderators have the permission to view and edit the ban list they can not see this message on banned members profiles. How can I let them see this message?

Is it the Bad Behavior Mod which is enabling this? In which case checking its settings would be the place to look.

If not, then it may mean giving the Global Mods some form of admin power such as Manage Members but from the problems you had a while back I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

No, it's a default feature. My mods are allowed to ban members so they should be able to see this on members profiles.
