I want to setup a new forum,please help in building a new one
Which one(version) should i go for and is the domain like .net .com charged??It would be good if you will help me in Filezilla

The first thing you will need is hosting.  Some hosting providers provide free domain names with your account, so the .com and .net would then be free.  Otherwise you will need to purchase a domain name, and then point the ns to your server.  Filezilla is pretty self explanatory, If your looking for someone to help with the installation of SMF, there of plenty of folks here willing to give you a hand.

The version of SMF you pick is a personal decision.  If you are not familiar with PHP, you might want to start with 1.1.11.  You will need to register your domain and a few other things before installing your forum.  Take a look at the installation link in my signature as it contains some good information that you might find helpful.
