staff legend

i just made a new group how do i get it appear in staff legend?

What staff legend? The default one at the bottom of the boardindex? It should appear there by default, although I'm not sure it does if it doesn't hold any members.

i have it showing it says moderator and admin but it wont show my new group

is there like box i need to tick to get it to be shown?
