Shoutbox problem in SP

I'm using Simple Portal but shoutbox is not working.

After creating Shoutbox I add shoubox block but in preview shows nothing.

Did you end up reinstalling Simple Portal, again, then?

But first, did you install with no errors?   Also, did you edit the files for your custom theme?

Yes I re-installed SP with no errors but I did not edit the files in custom theme.

If you're using the custom theme but haven't edited your theme's Display.template.php, that's probably why you're not seeing the shoutbox.  I have a little time before I have to leave; if you want to attach your custom theme's Display.template.php, I'll see if I can place the edits.
