How could I embed something like this:

No, that's one of the tags you have to type manually. A bbcode tag to do that wouldn't work too well because of the user id in the big flashvars string. Besides - that's technically not even the correct way to do it. It's just simpler I guess because most browsers support the embed tag.

unless the URL has the ACTUAL ID to the video or album in it, then it would be almost impossible to convert it to the embed.
