Missing formatting?? - SMF 2.0

Just installed SMF 2, but the formatting is missing.  It looks like a plain html page, no css...
can't find any topics about this. I have reinstalled, but looks the same :S

Can we get a link to your forum?

Try running repair_settings to correct all paths and urls to your forum (although it seems strange that they are wrong since it's a fresh install).

What is repair_settings.php?
