Add Custom Field To Registration Form

I hope you guys don't mind me asking so many questions!! 

I have manage to add a field in SMF, where users can select their car color, and a small icon will appear below their avatar (Thanks to OIDanTheManIO & [unknow]). Check out this link for more info. I want this field appear when the user registers, there are instructions on how to do it in SMF, but I am using the bridge registration. So does that mean I have to do it via mambo??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, in the bridge configuration, just select "use SMF registration"

that will solve your problem.
