Summary:
This mod allows the admin to change the text that appears before the random news items via the theme settings in the ACP.

Screen shots:

1st set: When the box is unchecked, nothing is shown.
2nd set: When the box is checked, your typed message will appear.
3rd set: When the box is checked and the text box is left blank, the default "News:" is shown.

Supported Languages:
English
English UTF-8
(Translations welcome! )

Installs on:
Default theme.
(Use a mod parser for theme edits, if necessary.)

It's under "Current Theme" in the Configuration part of the ACP.

Updated to version 1.2. Only important change is that the mod uses txt['102'] as the default text for when the text field is left blank, to save time for translations. Update is not crucial.

how can i get it works on non-default themes?

only the default theme made the changes
