Username

Is it possible to do this.  I created a new field for when members register that they enter their First & Last Name.  Is it possible to have that show instead of the username when they make posts on the board.

Why don't you just change your registration text and tell the users to user their real names when entering their screen name?

In your forums root directory should be a file called agreement.txt. Thats the text that loads when a member wants to register.

Also way is to enabled members to change display names via (admin > configuration > features and options).

Than they can login as their username, and go to (profile > modify profile > account settings) and change their display name, the name that everybody in the forum will see them as.
