adding to a mod?

hi

i have a mod who was good but had some bugs so i decide to work on it and so found good codes and so added all needed stuff to the mod but problem is how do i put it in the mod pakages so i have needed stuff in the mod evrytime i install it on a new fourm ? like i have added a code in Subs-Post.php but that file arent in mod pakage so do i just write the code in a file then call it Subs-Post and upload it to the mod pakage or ?

You need to look at the mod and how it modifies other files. You do it in the same manner. No you don't replace any SMF Source files. That would be a big mistake. Look at other mods too, they all do things in the same fashion for installation.
