I like the theme, it's clean and simplistic. Thank you for working on themes for RC4, we need them

I like the way the borders are cut and the prominent color blue you chose. However, this theme is a lot like a bunch of other blue curve variations. Maybe you should try doing something different with the borders or something?

Thanks for your review...but I only change colors...that's all I know how to do at the moment, I'm still learning!
I have more colored themes in wait of the admins to review and will be adding more. For now they are all ready for download at my Demo Site.
