SMF 2 final Stage

When will SMF 2 come out? When will the final, secure SMF 2 come out? I really want real answers  not fragments like "when it does"

We are a group of volunteers. We don't get paid. We also have lives outside of SMF.

I'm sorry, lmgtfy. The SMF Development goes for a policy of releasing when ready, not at a certain date. I fully understand the desire for knowing dates, but we are not going to publish a release intended date, which may turn into releasing a software we don't feel ready yet.
We are working on it, though, and intend to polish and release the final version of 2.0 soon.

I have been using the 2.0 Betas and RCs for almost two years now I think. No problems. I actually see the RCs as working versions already, although you are warned that there could be bugs in it. If you need to go to 2.0 for some reason then I would suggest installing RC4. I have two other forums in 1.x and they work fine as well, have never updated them to 2.0 as there is no need.

LMGTFY would you rather quantity or quality, seriously quantaty you will have many releases after final to fix all the bugs released, quality means that 99% of all known bugs are fixed and that means less upgrades needed after the final release, smf doesnt doa phpbb and release 20+ RC's
