Help Modding Old Theme - Resizing boxes Etc - Help Please

hi there i managed to find after much searching a old runescape smf theme which now needs updating! can someone help me resize some box widths, i mean the over all width of the forum              [                                 ]

thats where i have it installed at the moment. please post if you know what i have to edit.
