1-No jump to BBC reference.(Manual.english.php)
  $txt['manual_posting_bbc_ref_link_bbcref'] = 'SMF Bulletin Board Code Reference';

2-No jump to Smily reference.(Manual.english.php)
  $txt['manual_posting_smiley_ref_link_smileysref'] = 'SMF Smileys Reference';

Actually,I use modified japanese file...That is why occur?
