their is a border or what u say, like Dark Break on top of the website .... i wanna rename it to my website name .. or the Simple machines border too? are we allowed to edit it ? , if we can i wanna know how pls

http://neon-community.co.cc/smf/index.php , and i mean the smflogo thing .. i searched and found that we change smflogo file but i did , but no result ?

Really? Are you sure you linked to the correct location? By default, it shows your forum name because there's no value entered for the logo or no image was found on the location pointed at.

Just create a png image with your site name on it and with a transparent background. Name it smflogo and install it in the default/images folder overwriting the original smflogo.png file.
