What went wrong?

So, to upgrade from 2.0 RC3 to 2.0 RC4 i simply replaced the RC3 files with the RC4 ones, according to http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Upgrading

and http://download.simplemachines.org/

Using SMF 2.0 RC3? This small package will get you up to speed.

Now, if I go to the forum it looks like this:

The required files are chmodded to 777. So... what's going on?
