Sources/Subs.php on line 2650 Error

Hi guys

Need some help in here. I have installed the forum board, was running with few installed packages, but aparentley my forum crashed hosting server with nchat package. Chat was working fine until today when I couldn't access the forum.
This message come up:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/Sources/Subs.php on line 2650

Any help much appreciated.

Guys, I have followed the webinstall procedure, and my forum is up and running again.

The error was caused by package nchat.

that tiny package worked with no problem for several days, then go crashing, not only my forum, but my hosting provider as well. Now it's been removed, and everything is up as before.
