error in quick reply smf2.0

hi am on smf 2.0
when ever i try to use d quick reply feature am geting
error:

I've not heard of any bug affecting the Quick Reply in this regard.

Can you provide more details as how we can replicate this?

What SMF version are you using?

Is your forum using any custom theme?

What mods are installed on the forum?

Try tot use SMF default curve theme and see if the error persist.

Did you try to log out and in again?
Did you try with a different account? (just in case )

Tried a different user,
tried default theme and so much more
but error continues, am a big fan of smf its well coded and secure. Pls help me or how can i turn off completely d anti flood system ;(

Since it's been over a year, with no follow up information, the bug seems to have gone away after this because the user was posting here about other matters - but now the site's gone so we can't even debug it anyhow (as it doesn't reoccur anywhere else as far as we know)... going to have to move it onwards.
