Trouble "Executing database changes"

The forum I'm upgrading is from RC2 to RC5 using the large upgrade pack.

I'm currently at "Executing: "Adding custom profile fields." (5 of 42)"
And continously, I'm getting this:

Error!
Server has not responded for 30 seconds. It may be worth waiting a little longer or otherwise please click here to try this step again

And I have clicked on "click here" several times now, and nothing happens...

It seems I worked out a solution myself, even though it was just an attempt.

I was doing the upgrade process with FireFox and for more than 30 minutes I saw this error.
So I tried to open the upgrade.php with Internet Explorer with my login and chose to continue.
And then it continued as nothing had ever happend...

Very odd indeed...

Thanks Carotio, i had the same problem, now Internet Explorer some time show me that error some time, and after few seconds restart procedure automatically... but is possible that this procedur use much time?
