how can I update SMF 2 RC4 to RC5

can you please tell me that how can I update SMF 2 RC4 to RC5? there is no option for update into admins control panel, I was updating directly from admin when I was using SMF 1,

You can't do a simple one from the admin control panel; no small package is provided for changes between release candidates (and won't be)
