NO idea where I should post this one, but here it goes...

Way back when, I had a phpBB board, and we had a function where we could write notes that only admins/mods could see inside each users profile. Therefore if we gave someone a warning we could add it right to their profile with a reason and date. The user wouldn't see it, only the admins/mods would and it was a LOT neater then having to keep a long list on a private board somewhere.

Of course I converted to SMF and lost this.

Is there a mod I'm not aware of that will do this same thing?

...version of SMF?

If you're using 2.0, when you warn someone you get to put a note alongside it with what you're warning them for.

No. I'm using 1.1.13. I'm just looking for something that admins/mods can only see on each users profile. So much easier then trying to keep track in a private admin/mod forum/topic

Might have been nice to mention that sooner ;)

Sorry thought I did.

I have Ultimate Profile installed, which my users love. Already there is an area for comments. So I can't use that one
