How can I add another image field

Hi,
I want to add another image field for profiles, almost like a second avatar.. I uploaded a picture so you can see what  I mean exactly.

Hope someone can help me..

That depends, is the image uploaded like an avatar, or is it only uploaded by admins?

Hm, I guess by admins, because I would only want this feature for staff members on my forum.
