Is it fine to remove the copyright of a modification from the footer of your template ?

If so how would one remove this copyright from the footer Hide Tag Special | © 2011 by Enik

Morally... no... legally... unless they mod author has a license in place that forbids it (which most don't)... yes.

A BBC mod shouldn't be adding to the copyright anyway. That's a bit ridiculous IMO. Hence the reason we have a new guideline for it too. :)

I would like to remove this copyright on my forum myself, I like the mod but there is no need to have a copyright showing on your forum.
