[PAID/FREE]Forum bar with events/Upcoming Events

Hello there ,

I have some forums with poker and sportbooks.. and few days ago when i navigate one the web i saw at another forum wich is in the same domain something very nice..
In the drop down of the forum they have one bar with few things .. and i saw there something wich for me will be very useful too .. something with the next events wich will be at different websites .. and when u put the mouse there appear one widow with events



The question is if somebody can create for smf 1.1.13 something like that .. (free or paid).. some bar with Upcoming Events and when somebody put the mouse there to appear one widow with the next
events in the order after the time start...and before 10-15 minutes to the event to appear one widow with the event wich must to start
and when u click to the widow to redirect members or guests to the topic with event

or if is more simple to create something like a note .. when some eveniment is soon to start to appear one widow like a reminder .. thanks
