Require real name on registration?

Hi,

is there an easy way to integrate a "real name" field into the registration section? My users can only give one single name information, so that their login is the same as the name shown in the forum. They desire to see their full name in the forum, however, so: how can I integrate this? Any ideas appreciated...thx.
