Register problem.

I am currently using SMF RC 5 and user unable to register in my forum. Even i myself has try to register but failed. When i clicked on the register button, it lead me to an error page.

i got more than 30+ mods installed in the forum. Including the facebook intergration mods.

Do you need me grant you an admin permission to has a look in the forum?

I'm about to sleep, was just collecting information so that it might provide useful for other people willing to help in this topic .

Any mod which you have installed is concerned with the registration page?

i am about to sleep too.   Er , Stop Forum Spam and facebook intergration mods .

I not really know how to see the error log, however, most of it is type of error: undefined!

By the way, i still remember someone asking me to use the SMF core theme to change all the members option if i do not see my own theme name in theme and layout section. However, i noticed that whenever i change the option , after i clicked save then i came back into the theme's member option to has a look, all the changes *boxes that i tick* were gone and everything back to the same.

How to solve this problem too?
