SMF theme will not change...

I have changed the theme before to the theme that is currently set up on the board.  I am trying to apply a new theme, but it will not change from the old theme.  None of the installed themes will change.  It was installed correctly per the admin screen, but, it will not change.  I do apologize if this is a duplicate topic, I couldn't find anything on these boards.  Thanks for your help in advance!

Edit:  I got it to change the main page... but the other forum pages (i.e. when you click on a forum it goes back to old forum template instead of new one..)

check each board in the admin panel, it is possible you selected for the boards to use the default theme instead of the forum default.

As it 'appens, my SMF v2 site does the same and it always has.

This is only a workaround, but you can add "?theme=2" after the index.php to change the theme.

So, if it was here, you'd type:

http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?theme=2

Thanks, I ended up just deleting the template that it was reverting to when clicking on a forum and it seems to work fine now... oh well thanks for your help anyways!
