tags in footer

Is there a mod for adding tags and description with new threads and fourms/subforums ?
If there are no tags for threads then the tags for forum/subforum used as keywords and in the footer with short descritption

Well yes exactly something like this with description which is being displayed in the footer
but this is also very good
