Theme Site Uploads

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this or if it is been brought to anyone's attention before but i'm in the process of updating some themes, which are multicolor themes and have the individual colors uploaded.

Now if I upload 1 package at a time all works fine but if i try to upload multiple packages at the same time it's uploading them in duplicate. 1 of my themes has 2 multicolor theme packages and 8 individual color theme packages and if I try to replace all of them at once I end up with each package added twice to the downloads page so i get 20 theme packages on the downloads page instead of the 10 that it should be. I then have to go back in and delete the duplicates or upload them 1 by 1 to prevent the duplicates.

I experienced this last time I updated the packages so it's not a 1 off.
