[Implemented] Who's Viewing Topics

Well, it might be useful to know who is viewing what topics, like something at the topic of the topic or thread and right underneith the topic name or something like that. It might give a more of a feeling that you aren't alone in the forums or something of that sort :P

Nice idea. But somehow I don't feel very comfortable if everyone is seeing what I'm doing (Big Brother is watching you). Maybe this could be done as MOD?

I believe this has already been implemented in, or is planned to be implemented in, and may be limited to Admins (COULD be wrong about that, mind you).
